Tenacity and Personal Goal Setting For Success!

Be Like A Postage Stamp

Tenacity is one of your most powerful and important weapons for goal setting for success. There are many examples on the internet of famous achievers and the challenges and diversity they met on their way to goal setting success so I will leave that research to you and google!

What I would like to briefly mention here is the importance of utilising that all important skill that they all had in common. Tenacity is a simple enough word and it carries a great deal of power but, just like any tool, it is only useful when you actually do use it!

The dictionary definition of tenacity is;

Tenacity
noun
Persistent determination

It sounds really simple doesn't it, well that's because it is! Simple however, doesn't always mean easy because holding steadfast with persistent determination while having a run of bad luck or being plagued with injury (for example) can really take its toll, not only on the self esteem and spirit but also on the body.

So, how can we make sure that we keep out tenacity and act with persistent determination regardless of whether we use the Practice Secrets Revealed system or not? There are many tips for keeping your tenacity but perhaps the most important one I can share with you right now is that of faith.

There are many kinds of faith... religion, self belief and unshakable faith are all mechanisms that many people use to bolster their tenacity and I believe that everyone should have some form of faith, even if it is just in themselves.

Blind faith however can be dangerous and so I want to briefly mention this to give you a little something to think about. Blind faith, or an unquestioning faith in something can often be misguided. At 6' 3” tall and of a stocky build I will never be a jockey no mater how much bind faith I have!

So, be realistic with your goals, dreams and ideals and whatever faith you have and bolster your tenacity and self belief in order to achieve your goals in a realistic manner.

Remember that every no is one step closer to a yes, a failure is only considered so if you choose not to learn from it and the only person who can make a difference is you!

Meet your daily challenges with a fiery tenacity and a zest for personal achievement, learn at every available opportunity and use each success as a stepping stone to the next to bolster your tenacity and self esteem and... go for it!

I am going to close this article in the same way as I opened it and invite you to think about something...

I want you to think about the tenacity of a postage stamp, it may only be a tiny piece of paper but it does one thing and it does it well and that one thing is it sticks to something until it gets there!
