Goal Setting and the Power of How!
Invaluable Advice From One OF The
World's Finest. Brian Tracy is credited with coining the phrase
“The Power of How!” and it's a wonderful concept. I
strongly recommend any of Brian's work (and no I am not
an affiliate, just someone who recognises a great thinker
when I see one!).
The key concept of this is that as soon as you
think of something you would like to achieve, the next
thing you should think of should be “How?”
As soon as you set yourself a goal, you should
think “How?”
The second you set your sights on achieving
something great, you should think “How?”
I hope you can really see the power in this as I
can? It is such a positive and empowering phrase and
totally congruent with setting and achieving
goals.
Of course setting goals and thinking about how
you can achieve them is one thing, actually achieving
them is another and, while Practice Secrets Revealed
focusses on exactly how to focus your attention to
practising and perfecting anything perfectly, there are
still many techniques you can pick up from reading the
articles on these pages which you can apply today. You
don't have to buy Practice Secrets Revealed to help you
achieve many of your practice goals.
Think about “The Power of How” and how you can
immediately utilise that for instance. If you train
yourself to automatically think “How?” as soon as you
imagine a goal then you become totally focussed on the
positive (I.e. Exactly how you are going to achieve that
goal, what it will be like when you have and the smaller
steps to get you there as opposed to the common mistake
of making it a dream which means that it STAYS a
dream).
Make sure that when you start to work on how you
are going to achieve it you set your goal in small,
manageable chunks and use an appropriate formula. If you
want a refresher or do not have a powerful goal setting
formula you can a free report at http://www.practicesecretsrevealed.com
The importance of recording your goals cannot be
overstated. When you record your goal not only do you
engage both your left and right brain for a whole brain
approach to really immerse yourself in your goal you also
make it real.
Making a goal real is such an important part of
beginning to achieve it that I cannot stress how much you
need to believe it, feel it, step inside it and
really immerse yourself in it. You will find articles on
making goals real by visualising them, using NLP for
helping you with your goals and a myriad of other great
material within these article pages.

Power of Now!”
