course, maybe it will get you thinking if you have
strayed from the path and become a little “slap dash” in
your approach to Goal Setting...
In no order of importance here are 10 Top Tips
To Improve Your Goal Setting;

Be realistic when setting your goals.
Don't make things too easy or too
hard.

Always, always write your goals down and
record them.

Be steadfast in checking and reviewing
your goals on a daily basis.

Be flexible, remember that it's okay to
change your mind about what you want.

Do at least one thing a day to ensure
that you make progress in achieving your
goals.

Only talk about your goals with positive
people, do not let negativity affect your
progress.

Frame your goals in a positive way,
don't focus on what you don't want or want to
stop.

KISS! Keep It Short (and)
Simple!

Always break goals into small,
achievable chunks.

When setting goals always put them in a
realistic time frame.
